Online ordering from Mecca Industries is simple and easy and no different from what you expect from a premium online store. Browse our many product categories > Add items to cart > Checkout & Pay. Upon successful checkout, you will receive an automatic Order Confirmation email.

Please note the following regarding the ordering process.

ONLINE PAYMENT

Online payment with your credit card is processed via First Atlantic Commerce (FAC) via secure connection on their Hosted Payment Page. Mecca Industries is never privy to nor do we store your credit card information. You can rest assured all your transactions are safe every time.

No credit card? No problem. You can pay via online banking transfer or bank teller deposit. Complete your order by selecting the ‘Bank Transfer Payment’ payment method on the Checkout page. When your order is received, we will send our banking details via email. When you’ve completed the payment, send us a copy of the confirmation so we may verify and start processing your order.

ORDER PROCESSING

Upon receipt of your order and confirmation of payment, Mecca Industries will begin the fulfillment and delivery process. Orders placed online after 4.00pm will be processed the next business day. Our customer service agents may contact you by phone or email if there are any questions, queries or advisories regarding your order and possibly to also discuss scheduling of your delivery.

DELIVERY or STORE PICK-UP

On the checkout page, the fourth (4th) step will show the option to either pick-up your order at our location at Friendship Village, San Fernando, or have the order delivered to any commercial address anywhere in Trinidad & Tobago. Sorry, no residential address deliveries at this time, but public are free to order and have delivered to preferred commercial address.

Delivery is free. Upon selection of your your order will be delivered within 2-3 business days of placing your order. Once your order ships, you will be notified.

ORDERS OUTSIDE TRINIDAD & TOBAGO

International orders cannot be processed through our webstore at this time but we are working on it. Kindly call or email us at Mecca Industries. We will be happy to offer a free quote at no obligation to you which will include your preferred freight option and associated costs through reputable international couriers such as UPS, FedEx and DHL.
